Le lac de Montbel, dans les Pyrénées Cathares est une oasis de fraîcheur au cœur d’un paysage montagnard et escarpé, près des plus beaux sites de la destination. Situé à cheval entre l’Aude et l’Ariège, le lac de Montbel, a été créé à l’origine pour irriguer les larges plaines des agriculteurs jusqu’au Lauragais.
