While the ski tourers populate the piste on the neighbouring Alpspitz mountain, this tour is very quiet. The view of the Ammergau Alps, the Zugspitze and the Tannheim mountains is nevertheless wonderful. Definitely worth a tour with snowshoes. Depending on the snow conditions, the tour takes approx. 4.5-6 hours without breaks.
